Your Bio

Usually I am behind the lens; I have to thank my good friend and one of the many people that inspire me, Mark Young, for this image on a trip to Death Valley.

I enjoy capturing moments in time; from the thrill of a speeding sprint car on a dirt track, to joy of a celebration to remind the viewer for years to come and to a quiet moment with a subject easily over looked.

I find personal inspiration in the images of my friends; Mark and his talent to capture people, Don Mason and his incredible editing talents beyond the camera, Rebecca Raybon and her ability to bring moods into images, Don Kravitz who reminds me the best lens is not the biggest one, but the one you can carry and my many friends who are learning and remind me to go out and learn more each day too.

I would like to thank my kids for understanding the need for just one more lens and for their patience when I stop to take pictures on the side of the road.
